As a customer of Kayak St Augustine, I had an average experience overall. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the equipment was a bit outdated. The location was beautiful and the prices were reasonable. However, I was disappointed that there were no guided tours available. Overall, it was an okay experience.
