It was the best decision I have made for my practice to get on board with PRG billing company. They are well staffed, very organized and informative. They make sure that My clinic gets every penny we worked for. They are always available for me and my staff whenever we need help during a busy working day, no matter if it is a quick eligibility check, or a quick access to billing and payment history of a patient or if we need a quick answer on what type of insurance benefits a patient has. They make sure to schedule regular meetings with us, during which they present a very detailed and organized information regarding monthly revenue cycle with all the pros and cones associated with it. Also they give me plenty chances to express my concerns about everything related to billing from A to Z, and the whole team without exception are very polite, respectful and make you feel that they have your back and that your practice is really in good hands.
