I had a mixed experience with Compass Games. While the games themselves are great and provide hours of entertainment, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. The website could also use some improvements in terms of usability. However, I still enjoy the games and would recommend them despite these issues.
