I recently attended a workshop organized by the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and it was an eye-opening experience. The facilitators were knowledgeable and created a supportive environment for learning. The content was well-designed and provided valuable insights into Gestalt therapy. However, I felt that the workshop could have been more engaging with additional interactive exercises. Overall, it was a worthwhile experience.
