I recently purchased a power system from this company and I must say, I had an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their products. However, the customer service was just okay. It took them a while to respond to my queries and the level of assistance provided was not exceptional. The product itself was decent, but nothing extraordinary. It did what it was supposed to do, but I was expecting a bit more in terms of performance and durability. The pricing was average and in line with other similar products in the market. Overall, I would rate this company as average, as they met the basic requirements but didn't go above and beyond to exceed my expectations.
