👍 I recently signed up with Simplx Security for their home security services and overall, my experience has been average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it convenient to explore the different packages and features available. The installation process was smooth and the technicians were knowledgeable and professional. However, I found the customer service to be lacking at times. The response time for inquiries was a bit slower than expected and there were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Additionally, I feel that the monthly fees are on the higher side compared to other similar companies in the market.
