Overall, I had a fairly average experience with Stamell stringed instruments, inc. The quality of their instruments was decent, but nothing particularly impressive. The customer service was satisfactory, although not exceptional. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. In terms of price, I thought they were reasonably priced for the quality of their instruments. My only complaint is that the shipping took longer than expected. Overall, an average experience.
