I have had a mixed experience with The ad group, inc. The services they provide are quite average, nothing extraordinary. The website is decent and functional. However, there were instances when their customer support was not very helpful in resolving my queries. It would be great if they could improve in that aspect. Overall, I would rate them 3.5 out of 5 stars.
