I've been a customer of Quest Wireless for a while...

I've been a customer of Quest Wireless for a while now and I have to say their service is average. The network coverage is decent, although there have been a few instances of dropped calls. The customer service is helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. The website is okay, but it could use some improvements. Overall, I am satisfied with the service, but it could be better.
