Gem Energy is an incredibly average company to work with. Nothing really stands out about their services or customer support. The website is user-friendly and the pricing is decent, but there's nothing that sets them apart from other energy companies. I wouldn't say they are bad, but I wouldn't say they are great either. Just average.
