As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with Professional Floor Installation, LLC. The installation was done well, but the communication and customer service could have been better. The workers arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time frame. However, there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress. Overall, the quality of the work was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication.
