Used to be a great hotel, visited a few years back...

Used to be a great hotel, visited a few years back and had a great experience. Sadly it must be under new ownership as staff look sad and having met the owner Karim I see why ... ignorance and arrogance personified. Walks around with bodyguards and dogs and cannot be trusted. Hopefully it will improve again in future as it still has huge potential and location wise is perfect.
