We were on the feel-good day. Conclusion: Nice facility, but poorly operated. Instead of tea there is Migros powder iced tea, real tea costs extra (except for an included cup on the day of wellbeing). Lunch came without a drink, except for water from the carafe on the counter. Nowhere does spa music run, staff awkward and poorly coordinated (we had to wait 30 minutes for our lunch despite booking in advance, as it was not ready after all). Service all in all friendly but unprofessional. For the price (currently CHF 205.-) you should be able to expect something different.
