We didn't end up adopting from there, but all the people working there are extremely friendly, we only looked at dogs, but they gave very good background on every dog we looked at. Let us have time alone with them and walk them to see how they are. They seem to genuinely care about all the animals there, they won't allow you to see any dogs 30 minutes before they close (you can see them, but not actually meet them or walk them). But they are open late so that usually isn't an issue. Definitely would reccomend.
