I recently had an average experience shopping at Sea complet sa's website, eon.ro. While the ordering process was simple and the products I received were satisfactory, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the solution provided was not satisfactory. There is room for improvement in their customer service department.
