The problem with IBL is that as long as everything is fine I would say everything is fine !!!! I sometimes waited several weeks before having a technician, a little "folkloric" sometimes !!!! But baste, it wasn't too bad.
On the other hand, when we ceased activity (therefore, filing for bankruptcy, no more funds in the bank account), we had the excellent surprise of a withdrawal of more than 5,000 euros in termination fees (while we know that our equipment will be rented again very soon, so no loss for IBL).
I found it really lacking in elegance.
