I work for a delivery company delivering groceries. I-360 placed an order and offered me a tip which was an incentive to complete their order. Tips can be adjusted after delivery. I-360 offered a high tip and reduced it significantly after they received their items, only to save themselves some money. This is misleading and cheap.

Update: They did it again on 2/19/2019. This is a cheap company. DO NOT DELIVER TO THEM!
