Great tour overall and a wonderful way to see the city. I prefer this type of tour so you can get out and see something that interests you and spend as much time as you like. Carmine on the phone was very friendly and helpful over the phone with resolving a small issue.

I definitely recommend this tour for newcomers to Chicago
