I have been using Acr componentes eletrônicos ltda. for a while now and I must say that their service is average. Although they have a wide range of products, the quality is not always reliable. Some of the components I purchased were faulty and had to be replaced. Their customer support is also lacking. Whenever I have an issue, it takes a long time for them to respond and even longer to get the problem resolved. Overall, I would say that there is room for improvement.
