I had a less than satisfactory experience with this service. The technician arrived later than scheduled, which threw off my plans for the day. When they finally got here, the communication was quite poor. I felt like my concerns about the chimney were not adequately addressed, and the solutions offered seemed rushed. There was also a noticeable mess left behind that I had to clean up myself. It's disappointing when you expect professionalism and attention to detail but don't receive it.
