I had an average experience with Pretenciosas. The website was easy to navigate and the products were displayed nicely, but their customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiry and their solution to my issue was not satisfactory. I hope they improve their customer service because it can make or break a company. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
