I must say that my experience with Tambores tms s.a. has been rather average. The company website, tms.cl, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as satisfactory.
