I had a mixed experience with Black Umbrella Design. While their design work is great and they provided some unique ideas for my website, the communication and project management could have been smoother. There were delays in delivering the project, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. However, in the end, I was happy with the final result, but the overall experience could have been better.
