I've been using Preferred Cleaning Systems LLC for several months now and I must say they have been doing an average job. The cleaning quality is satisfactory and the staff is friendly. However, there have been a few instances where they didn't show up on the scheduled day without any prior notice. Overall, the service is good, but there is room for improvement.
