Ciputra Mall Semarang is a shopping center in Semarang, Indonesia. The mall was established on 12 December 1993. The mall has a Ciputra Hotel on top of the building and is owned by the Ciputra Group as a subsidiary of PT. Ciputra Property, Tbk.
Ciputra Mall Semarang is built on a land area of 20,000 m2 and a total building area of 46,000 m2, in the form of a hexagonal island located in the most strategic place, namely in the Simpang Lima area of Semarang. This area is the pride of the community and is the heart of Semarang. Simpang Lima is the center of Semarang city and is a meeting of the five main roads of the trade vein of Semarang city, namely Jl. Pandanaran, Jl. Ahmad Yani, Jl. Gajah Mada, Jl. Heroes and Jl. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan.
This shopping mall consists of three floors. The ground floor is used for retail stores, retail shops and supermarkets. First floor for department stores, retail stores, cafes, children's toys, salons and bookstores. While the second floor is used for department stores and cinemas. The target of buyers from shopping malls is 60% of the area rented for tenants from Jakarta and 40% for tenants from Semarang. Among them are Gelael Supermarket, Robinson Dept. Store, Gunung Agung Store, etc.
