I recently visited M cinemas - India and I must say I was quite disappointed. The overall experience was below average and the facilities were not up to the mark. The seating arrangement was uncomfortable and the sound quality was poor. The staff was also not very helpful. I expected better from such a well-known company. I hope they improve their services in the future.
