Wonderful service! Their sales lead Emily was so incredibly helpful with our purchase of a jacket (hoodie) we wanted that was sold out everywhere in Canada. She promptly held the item, organized and supported our purchase and the shipping of it for us. She really went above and beyond and was lovely to deal with through the process! This is our second experience dealing with this particular Arc teryx store and we have been met with incredible customer service both times!
