I recently received treatment at a healthcare facility and had a mixed experience. While the medical staff was competent and professional, I found the overall environment to be impersonal. The facility lacked a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel like just another patient. Despite this, the quality of care I received was satisfactory. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of patient experience. The lack of personal touch is something Pinnacle Health Group, PA should address.
