I've been a customer of Vista Energy for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. The rates are not the lowest I've seen, but they are competitive. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is responsive. However, there is room for improvement in terms of transparency regarding billing and contracts. Overall, it's a decent company.
