I have been a customer of Skytrain Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The trains are usually on time and the staff is generally helpful. However, there have been a few instances where trains have been delayed without any explanation, which can be quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience with Skytrain Inc. as average.
