Optum Rx is an average company. Their service is neither exceptional nor terrible. I have had some issues with them but overall, it has been a decent experience. The customer support could be improved, as I have had to wait longer than expected to get my issues resolved. However, the pricing is reasonable, and they offer a good variety of medications.
