Oh heavens, is this place a hot mess! Internally, it's a tangled web of drama and uneducated leaders and HR personnel. Could you imagine being brought into a room with an HR manager to be accused of bringing in a virus through a spare monitor? Obviously someone didn't go to IT (or IT doesn't know what they're doing either.)

Lord have mercy, you guys need to seriously chill on the passive aggressive stance, and learn how to actually speak to your employees. No wonder the turnover is so high. If you're looking for a job because you want to make a difference, I would strongly suggest keeping your distance.

Turnover is massive, changes being made are not thought out, and even though the entire staff curses regularly, HR will single you out for doing so.

Whoever you are, you deserve way better than this place. I'd strongly suggest just keep looking elsewhere if you wish to truly be happy with your career and the impact you're making.
