I have been a customer of The ad group, inc. for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The website design of theadgroup.net is quite appealing and easy to navigate. However, I feel that their customer support could be better. There have been times when I faced issues and it took longer than expected to resolve them. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
