I recently had an experience with a company that I would rather not mention. The service I received was satisfactory, but there were some areas that could be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer all of my questions. However, I felt that the communication could have been better, especially when it came to keeping me updated on the progress of my order.
