I recently booked a trip through Profi Reisecenter and I must say that the experience was average. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The website was a bit confusing to navigate and the prices were a bit higher than I expected. However, the trip itself was enjoyable and everything went smoothly once we were on our way.
