I recently hired a party planning company for my husband's surprise birthday party, and I was disappointed with the overall experience. While the team was friendly, there were several issues that arose during the planning process. The decorations were mediocre, and the food was below average. The entertainment was also lacking, and the overall atmosphere of the party was underwhelming. I would not recommend this company for any future events.
