I have been a customer of PT Pro-Intercontinental Terminals Indonesia for a while now and I must say that their services are average. The staff members are polite and helpful, and they always ensure that my goods are delivered on time. However, there have been a few instances where the delivery has been delayed, which can be frustrating. Overall, they are a decent company to work with.
