After years of growing tired of our builder-grade carpet throughout the house, we decided to rip everything out and start fresh.

Gave Kevin a call and he was over the next day to talk through various ideas. We had initially considered replacing our hardwoods but Kevin took one look and said "There's nothing wrong with these floors, don't replace them". So refreshing to hear this type of honesty.

His consultative approach was incredibly welcome. He wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need - he was genuinely interested in making sure we got something we would love.

Kevin's team of installers was fantastic! They worked on the carpets for a few days and we almost forgot they were here. They're clearly pros - everything looks great.

Overall, we're thrilled with the carpets. It's given new life to our home and we couldn't be happier with the work. We had two very minor issues after installation and Kevin was over to our house immediately and had his crew fix the issues the same day - definitely above and beyond!
