I was out of country and I asked them to put my account on hold by email and they responded late after I got charged. They charged me for a whole month instead of the hold fees. They kept my account for a two month hold then recharged me again without my notice and my authorization. Worst service I have ever seen. They don t care for their costumers. Only care about money. Poor place I don t recommend it.
