I had a very average experience with Dynamite models. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found that their customer service wasn't very helpful. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, their responses were not very thorough. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in their customer service department.
