I had driven past the center that Custom Bodies Fitness is in quite a few times. I finally stopped in one day. I was greeted with a big smile and an energetic "hello" by Brantzen. I expressed that I was interested in working with a personal trainer. He gave me a tour and explained the options of personal training packages available. I felt at ease from the first moment I stepped inside CBF. The gym is clean and not overcrowded as I have found many gyms in Irvine to be. I am thoroughly enjoying my sessions with Brantzen. He is knowledgable and has a positive energy. He motivates me and above all, he is patient with me. Thank you CBF and Brantzen for welcoming me into your family!
