First off, I had an AMAZING experience, all thanks to Justin Wright at Mattress Depot USA Outlet!

I had just left Mattress Firm, and I was annoyed because I just wanted a sales associate to listen to me and not try and up sell me.

Upon walking into Mattress Depot USA outlet, it smelt clean and sanitized and was very organized. I was greeted with a smile and I could tell the vibe was completely different that the other big brand mattress store that I had just came from. He LISTENED to what I wanted, and gave me other options to choose from that were more in my price range. He explained the difference in the mattress s, and made my experience a fun and positive one! My past experiences looking for mattresses was comparable to going to a used car lot with a sleazy salesman pushing things on me that I didn t want or need! THIS WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT IN SUCH AN AMAZING WAY! Justin was informative, polite, professional, non aggressive, no nonsense, and I ended up purchasing a mattress I can t wait to sleep on, with absolutely no regrets! Justin Wright, was HELPFUL, TO THE POINT, & INFORMATIVE!

If you want someone who will listen to you, guide you, inform you and not be pushy, and a clean environment, no pressure, with a positive & helpful attitude, go see Justin Wright at Mattress Depot USA Outlet! It was such a positive experience for me that I recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to go see him! Anytime in the future that I need a new mattress, this is where I m going and referring all my friends and family!
