The class I took at The Cheese School of San Francisco was truly enlightening. The instructors were knowledgeable and created a comfortable learning atmosphere. The cheese tasting was exceptional, and I learned so much about different types of cheese and their flavors. I highly recommend this school to anyone interested in expanding their cheese knowledge.
