I recently used Alphabet Junction for a business trip and I must say, it was an overall average experience. The service was decent, nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I was looking for. However, I expected more from the company considering their reputation. The rates were reasonable, but I felt like there could have been better value for what I paid.
