Today was a major misunderstanding and misplacement of my Apple Charger. I was very upset and angry with the management with how they we re wasting on my time for a simple file transfer. Well, I can tell you after all the frustration I had with them.

They we re able to professionally transfer my computer, discount my services, and scrap my old laptop for recycling. The owner was polite, friendly, and understanding of my circumstance. 5-stars for the professionalism. Thank you.
