I recently worked with this company for my insurance needs. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed quickly. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and I didn't feel like my specific needs were being addressed. The agents were polite, but I would have appreciated a more personalized approach. Overall, the company did an okay job, but I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service. Hopefully, they can work on being more attentive to individual customer needs. 🤔
