I have been coming to this site for over 30 years, and last week was the last time I will ever go back. The cabin we had was dirty beyond belief, there must have been a party as the balloon tems were still stuck on the ceilling and glitter was on the floor. We reported this to reception, but theye were not interested. The windows and door way was covered in cobwebs. On the first night we went over to club house to get some food. First and last time we ate on site, horrendous. The arcade for the kids was a joke with only 3 machines working and the pool had private swimming lessonsso that ended up closing of a prtion of what is already a small pool.
I will say the entertainmnet staff worked hard, despite the low numbers. The Cotswold itself is stunning and I highy recommend going, just choose carfeully where you stay
