My husband has been calling TRS since November to check status of refund and has heared noting but lies from the TRS representatives. Representatives are very rude and unprofessional and unwilling to assist. Sending emails is just as bad as calling. Come on TRS the 60 day time frame has past and have been promised by several representatives his file is being worked on and still NOTHING!!
