The website is set for failure. You get kicked out more often than not and each time you try to log in, it takes an average of 2 hours to complete a simple tasks. But not only is the website difficult but I am trying to call and reach someone to discuss issues with my claim and I have tried for 3 days straight, they do not even allow a callback number or for you to be on hold, you just get hung up on. It is 9:14 am and I have called 6 times now with the calls being automatically ended on their end.
