I typically read the reviews of anyplace I'm going to load/offload, but I didn't take the time. My appointment to load was 06:00, and when I pulled in at 05:41, I was greeted, asked my destination, then told where to park. In about an hour (which was a miracle, considering the sheer number of items I was picking up, and the fact that most were loaded by hand), I was strapping down to tarp. Everyone was polite, professional, and FAST. My one caveat: there were soft items in my load, which created voids on top, welcoming the chance to fall, or twist/break a leg, possibly worse. At the very least, a forklift attachment, which pulls the tarps over the load, to prevent the need for anyone to be on top of it, would place Trachte Building Systems into my MOST favorite places to load. Overall, a VERY good experience!
